Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Elitebaz account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
